On Sunday, November 24, 2024, Momentum Art Gallery in Nice had the honor of unveiling an exclusive artwork by American artist Charles Fazzino, celebrating “the beauty of the French Riviera” and its iconic landmarks. The result of a close collaboration between the artist and our gallery, this creation highlights the unique charms of our region.
A Vibrant Tribute to the French Riviera:
Titled “The Beauty of the French Riviera,” this work brilliantly depicts the most iconic landscapes and symbols of the region, such as the Hôtel Negresco, the Promenade des Anglais, Cannes and its festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, and the charming hilltop villages like Saint Paul de Vence. Thanks to his unique 3D Pop Art technique, Fazzino brings depth and energy to every detail. The vibrant colors, intricate reliefs, and dynamic composition immerse viewers in his joyful and festive world, perfectly capturing the spirit of the French Riviera.
The vernissage took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere, offering guests the opportunity to meet Charles Fazzino in person. The artist, always close to his audience, generously shared his creative process and personalized several of his works by adding unique illustrations on the back, making each piece even more special for its new collectors. This direct interaction with the artist was a highlight of the evening, strengthening the connection between art, its creators, and its admirers.
This event also marked the inauguration of our new immersive room, an innovative space designed to offer a unique sensory experience. Visitors were able to view Fazzino's works from a fresh perspective, enhancing the interaction between art and the public. The room, designed to accentuate the colors and reliefs, provided the ideal setting for unveiling this exceptional collaboration.
